I called Saturday pm at 8:05. Answering service said they turn off phones at 8. Told her message on thermostat says heat pump not working - code 434. She said someone would call Sunday morming after 8. No call. No call Monday am. I called and was told someone could come out, but gold star program had expired, but she would discount call. Was never notified gold star had expired. We have been customers for almost 31 years and have had gold star since it started. I think we deserve better customer service than we received!
