1 system air conditioning and heating maintenance
Called for no heat found failed contactor and blown fuse got them replaced system heating well
Dispatched to assess gas smell found source of gas leak left pricing to get it repaired homeowner approved replaced gas flex and tested equipment all is good at this time
Performed 2 system maintenance, got 2 blower capacitors and compressor capacitor replaced in todays visit, installed 2 in line drain cleaner for drain lines and renew gold star membership for customer.
Replaced factory blower motor the bearing were making a metal on metal screeching noise replaced motor noise has stopped
Install callback system not cooling result thermostat running with a default schedule. Remove schedule. Regained manual operation of system.
During a service call for no cool I fixed the underlying issue causing the problem so this will not be a repeat issue
During a maintenance I fixed a pure air kit at no additional charge to the customer
System leak search no leaks found system operating well
Installed replacement compressor and new liquid line filter drier.
