Great Company!!! Great Techs!! We all know AC units are not cheap. Specially now days!!! Burnside the past 1/2 year helped me keep my old unit going. Ended up having to bite the bullet. They gave options and explained all options perfectly to help me decide what to get. After thinking about it for a bit we decided to get a new unit. Their great techs installed a whole new AC unit in one day. Great techs. Very friendly. Cleaned up after themselves and even help me set up the Wi-Fi thermostat. Love me some burnside!!!

Arturo Chapa was awesome! Very friendly & knowledgeable. He called to let me know when he was on his way & was at my home when he said he would be there. He was polite & worked diligently & efficiently on my 2 AC units (for their AC checkups). I highly recommend him!

Called for no cool failed blower motor was able to locate one today and have it installed by 9 pm system cooling well

During a maintenance for a 3 system home using Carrier hvac equipment I found a system to be be cooling due to a defective wet switch. I replaced the switch and got the system cooling
