Jason was my comfort consultant, Shayla helped set up my installation appointment, Gustavo and Rashard did my install. Everyone was professional, friendly and helpful. Gustavo and Rashard did an excellent job with my installation. They showed up right on time, explained what they were going to do, demonstrated a solid work ethic, kept a clean job site, tested the system after install and answered all of my questions. People really do make a difference. Highly satisfied.

The install technicians, David and Will, did an excellent job removing our old system and installing our new Mitsubishi HVAC system. They were friendly, courteous and totally professional during the entire time they were on-site. It was great/fun getting to know them a little bit as well.
Carolina Heating and Air have been awesome from day 1. Ennis who came to do my estimate was so down to earth and easy to talk to. Chad, David and Will who did my instillation were just as friendly and also very respectful. Shayla in the office was also super nice and helpful. Good vibes all around.

Mario and his team did an excellent job at our home. He walked me through everything I needed to know and made sure I was comfortable with how the generator works as well as helpful tips.
Mario and his partner not only showed up on time, but much to my surprise, they showed up on a day where it absolutely poured rain just about every minute they were here. These two men got after their work as if the sun were shining on a typical Carolina day. To say I was impressed wouldn’t do justice to the job they actually did. Not only did they work under literal Tropical Storm conditions, Mario made certain I understood everything about my newly installed Generac and patiently walked me through with his answers for any question I did happen to come up with. In a day where we hear an awful lot about the fall of customer service I’m hear to tell you these two men assured me it’s still alive and well at Carolina Heat Service.
