Joseph determined the root cause of my tankless hot water heater not performing as it should, and stayed on the job to replace the regulator after he had to leave on this Saturday to recover the part. He also fixed gas leaks he found and was able to restore the unit back to full functionality. He was very pleasant and thorough, and I appreciate his commitment to quality in everything he did.
