The service technician, Jason was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He spent a great deal of time diagnosing the problem. Then concerned for our comfort over the weekend, he fixed the problem temporarily until the part arrives on Monday. Great customer service!

I’ve always had great experiences with Carolina Heating service in the past but Rick , Chris and CJ really went above and beyond. From being kind and courteous to well knowledged, they let me know of any issues they seem even when not related to the heating and air. I was really surprised when I was notified that they even took care of a leak for me while under the house. You just don’t see this kind of service often. Rick and his crew are definitely setting the bar high!
