I met Caleb a few visits ago and I was immediately drawn to him. He is a kind, smart, young man. When he tells me something, I trust him wholeheartedly. If other companies told me the same thing, I would ask another company for another opinion. Not when Caleb tells me something. I trust it needs to be done to protect my system and my home. I have issues letting men into my home. Not with Caleb. I’d give hime a key to my home. He takes the time to explain (and not get irritated) what needs to be done with my system. I have been in management. I have trained many people in Customer Service over the years. Many companies don’t seem to value customers these days. Carolina Heating & Air does!!! Your company is the best company I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Every person either in my home or on the phone is a professional from the beginning of the call to the end. I commend the owners on a job well done.
