Joseph performed the regular maintenance on my HVAC units today. Joseph cleaned and examined coil, exchangers, etc which I had never seen cleaned. He was extremely courteous, explained everything exceptionally asked for any questions throughout the service. His professionalism and knowledge was quite impressive and refreshing.
Joseph came to do a follow-up job from a new installation and spotted an unrelated problem causing me trouble I was unaware of. Saved me a lot of grief. Sharp technician.

Steven Tibball was at our house for many hours yesterday. He had a long list of things to check...the set-up on two new air conditioners, routine inspection and service on four units, thermostat issues, damper malfunction, filters etc. Steven is a fine communicator, explaining clearly every item addressed. I am severely hearing impaired, but his speech is very clear and easy for me to understand. He’s the kind of service tech who leaves you with confidence that all is in good hands, reflecting very positively on Carolina Heating. Love to have him back any, or every time.
Jason kept in touch with us about when he would arrive for our spring/summer maintenance and was knowledgeable and efficient. Because this was scheduled during the Covid pandemic, I appreciated that he wore a mask. He had been here before and remembered the details of the previous service.
