We love Casteel. This past service was because of our tankless water heater shutting off. We ended up getting a new pressure relief valve that was $444.00. I just thought it was really expensive being that the service guy was only here maybe 20 minutes. We were hoping that this fixed the issue but the tankless water heater has since shut off so we aren't sure now. We may call the installer but we will be in contact once we decide what to do.

Bryn from Casteel came out to take a look at our Heat Pump that wasn't performing up to expectation. It was a 10-year old unit installed before we bought the house. The system had a number of issues with it, but Bryn took his time ensuring he could identify what he could. After talking through the needed repairs, I opted to inquire about a new system. At no point did I feel like Bryn was doing anything more than help me in my situation. He was genuine. I'm very wary of service tech's and potential money grabs. This wasn't the case with Bryn. Helpful and honest 100%.
