First, thank you to the patient dispatcher on duty so late the night I called and for working with her supervisor to find someone (Kevin) to come out on such a wretched, cold, rainy night. As soon as Kevin saw the photo I sent of the disconnected gas furnace vent, he recognized the danger we were in and quickly gave us a call that he was on the way. Kevin went above and beyond to ensure we were safe from a potentially deadly carbon monoxide leak.

Replaced Hot Water Heater

Kevin Prather was very professional and knowledgeable about Hot Water Heaters and everything that goes with them!!! He explained everything so someone that doesn't know about Hot Water heaters could understand what he was telling me about what needed to be done and why!!! About 3 hours later after my wife and I discussed the situation and approved Kevin to do the job he came back with the new equipment and had the whole job (disconnecting the old hot water heater) and (installing the new larger hot water heater and fixed the water pressure issues as well as shoddy plumbing on the previous Lowes installed hot water heater). Kevin is someone I would recommend to anyone who needs this type of help!!! Thanks Casteel and Kevin Prather for giving us our hot water back and lower water pressure!!! Frank & Debbie E.

Installation Mishap / After the fact tech comment

We have some drama during the installation of control board. The technician slipped on the steps and was taken to the hospital. A different tech replaced him and installed the control board successfully. The cost for the control board and installation was $752.00!! I was a bit surprise to read the comments on the invoice after the tech left. The comments said the recommendation was to replace the system. That was not the recommendation. It was never mentioned to me. The only remedy that was proposed was to replace the control board. Now, I'm wondering if I have a bigger problem than the control board. Here is the tech comment: Customer called for no heat on main level. Found control board is failed. Checked heat exchanger. Heat exchanger have corrosion but didn't find any crack as of today. Recommended to replace system. Customer wants to has control board replace. Replaced control board kit. Started system. It started working with ok. Checked voltages & amps draws. Checked all electrical connections. System working ok at this time.

So far, so good, need final resolution to be a customer reference.
