Fabio handled a difficult situation with grace and aplomb. He diagnosed the problem with my boiler, and demonstrated great empathy in sharing the news that I would have to be without heat until the parts could be secured after the weekend. Two days later, He arrived on schedule for the follow-up appointment, installed the new parts and then waited patiently after my electricity went out during a major Winter storm. He returned when the power came back on, to ensure everything was working properly, and complete the repairs. Despite 2 nights with no heat (through no fault of either Fabio or his company), I was happy to have Fabio on the job.

I hired CCL Mechanical after a Lochinvar heater was installed improperly by a different contractor. From start to finish, CCL was top notch. Chris, the owner, did the first assessment of the problem and, relative to other contractors, he was exceptionally professional and his estimate was moderately priced. When it came time to schedule the job, Rose (in the office) was outstanding in her attention to detail and ability to accommodate my needs for installation. The plumber, Craig and his assistant John, communicated clearly, and demonstrated their expertise by refitting the system properly and in a timely way. Craig is confident, skilled, professional, and respectful. It has been 4 months since this job was done and my monthly heating bills have decreased by a third, on average. CCL's staff are reliable and knowledgeable; based on my experience with them, I highly recommend this company.
