Upon my arrival in Austin, I found that the air movement system is faulted. Customer said they did have a power outage a couple weeks ago and that this is around with the started. I spoke with her about the importance of adding surge protection to all of the systems since they are all fully communicating infinity systems and the installer did not register the equipment so they only have the 5 year warranty. I also spoke with her about Reme halo and the benifts they offer. Went over the repair options with her and she will have to talk with her husband on the options being they are so many and it was a little more then she thought it might be. I did explain that each option allows for the repair just as we move up in options it allows us to replace more on the system and give more warranty for the repair. For sure the system I looked at was an attic system but not for sure on the rest. She is still wanting the maintenance but will also be speaking with her husband on it.
