Upon our arrival in Rollingwood, we removed all 3 heat transfer media coils and installed the new ones. The system about the bathroom presented complications of coming out so we spoke with the customer about cutting a 2x6 that was preventing us from removing the base to remove the coil. The customer was ok with this because the board was not going to be cut out completely just some of it removed to create room to remove the coil. It did not ruin the integrity of the structure. Installed surge protection on both systems outside at the disconnects. Pressure tested the system with nitrogen and found the system to be completely sealed. Evacuated the nitrogen and brought the system down to a proper vacuum . Recharged the system with 22 pounds of R410a and found that the system still had non-condensables in the system. Had to recover the contaminated refrigerant and pull a new vacuum on the system.
