Upon my arrival, I performed a heat evaluation on the heat pump system. During the evaluation, I noticed that the Y terminal was wired up to Y1 instead of to Y/Y2. I corrected this issue while performing the evaluation and then found that everything else on the system is operating properly at this time. I spoke with the customer about adding in Reme halo and surge protection. They chose to move forward with adding surge protection today and would like to think about the Reme halo. I installed surge protection on the indoor system. When the options for the Reme halo or emailed over the customer would also like the financing link emailed as well.
Upon my arrival in Waelder I found that the wire to the voltage enhancement system had burned through. I put a new connection on it and tested the system. Found that the compressor is over amping. Spoke with the customer about the issues it was presenting and the age of the system. He would like comfort specialist to come out and quote for a system replacement. It is currently cooling at this time but no guarantees on how long it will stay cooling.

Upon my arrival to waelder, tx., found equipment completely frozen, defrosted equipment, found that ac system had a extremely dirt filter, causing it to freeze. Let customer know of findings and they will be replacing it more often.

I performed the heating evaluation and found the HVAC system operating properly at this time. During my inspection, I found that when the coil was replaced we didn't install the plastic drip leg on the corner of the coil. I spoke with David and we will be back to replace when we get the part.
I found that the air conditioning system was not coming on due to a bad voltage enhancement system. I spoke with the client about his different options and he chose the hn4a. I replaced the voltage enhancement system and tested. The air conditioning system is now operating properly.
