He worked hard to determine my issue about comfort and there will be a follow up. Alex performed my annual air conditioning tune-up on the two Carrier units in my home and did so in the most professional manner. He explained the process and conducted it very efficiently demonstrating his command and knowledge of air conditioning systems. Further, he outlined the air quality improvement possible with the installation of the Iwave-r ionization system which I will do in the Fall when my boiler tuneup takes place.
