Vlas is an excellent technician and extremely helpful in discussing current and potential future problems and systems. Very respectful. It’s always difficult to schedule annual maintenance so I usually choose the Saturday waitlist. It would have been helpful had the office told me ahead of time that there was a holiday rate for out of contract service on the Saturday holiday (July 2).
