I am a property manager for a man that owns 25 homes across the country. I deal with a lot of service providers on a weekly basis. There are some that want to finish quickly and leave ASAP, others that are just plain bad at their job. Then there are technicians like Stefano. Although I did not like to hear his diagnosis I felt confident in what he was telling me. I could tell immediately that he is knowledgeable and was willing to look over the unit in a thorough manner. Although this particular call was personal and not work related Stefano would definitely be the person that I request to come out for future work. Please be good to him.
