The service technician (Vlas) showed up on the early side of the appointment window but I prefer that more than towards the end. He took his time with all 3 pieces of equipment and explained and showed me pictures of issues with copper piping attached to the boiler system. Cost to replace was very reasonable and has to be done which made it easy to say yes. He also showed me a filter in our furnace that needed replacing and provided the name and brand so I could buy on-line even though he could replace right away. In the end he explained everything he did which included some warranty repairs. Very pleasant the whole time he was on site.
