Alex was the MOST thorough tech that has ever come to check out the AC. He was very personable, showed me pictures of what he found and answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable when answering! Can't say enough about how happy I am with my service! He's a keeper and I would like to request that he is the tech that we want for any and all service calls in the future!
