I had an air-conditioning emergency on a Saturday night and they sent a repair person while working with us to fix the issue by phone. We were able to resolve it by phone and didn’t need the service technician to show up at all. It was huge because it is a very hot night and tomorrow it’s expected to be even hotter. It is very comforting to know that I can reach a live person at such an odd hour and get great service.
