Super service from Central Cooling’s technician, Stephano Zarro. Stephano was very courteous, polite and friendly. Took the time to answer all questions and meticulously followed all recommended procedures for COVID protection. Was impressed with the deliberate and confident manner with which Stefano performed the job.
Among the covid mayhem Central Cooling and Heating (Woburn) excelled in delivering friendly and prompt service on a challenging heating unit replacement. Given there was no heat and a small area to put a properly sized unit we could not have been more impressed with the team’s players and re-engineering solution. Prior up to the contract with CCH, we interviewed a few other local HVAC companies who were certainly friendly and professional but lacking in what CCH’s staff brought to the table. We immediately noticed how direct and honest CCH was about our HVAC situation and their ability not to over or undersell a solution. Rather, they focused on what was necessary to properly heat and cool our home given the previous system’s poor installation and equipment choices. While other companies were happy to replace what was there, CCH provided three key replacement improvements which have dramatically improved our home’s comfort without breaking the bank. Our initial confidence grew with the sales team interaction and mechanical assessment of our home. There analysis identified gaps no other company identified or discussed. In comparison to other contractors, it was evident CCH was going to become a trusted partner for our ongoing HVAC needs. Our main installers were Mike and Cecil and you could not have asked for a better team. They were patient, on point, and rework was not part of their makeup. We were impressed with their knowledge and quality of craftsmanship. They were the perfect duo in providing down to earth instructions to run the new unit. Additionally, we had two major electrical issues associated with the prior install that were identified and resolved to code right away. One of the systems designers, Jonathan, was always available to answer questions before, during, and after the unit’s installation. He even helped with some additional unit performance questions and changes really optimizing the full install. This is the kind of dedication we think any homeowner would prefer to have. We look forward to future servicing of our HVAC system by Woburn’s Central Cooling and Heating and encourage others to consider their services. Best Regards, Debra
