I want to share my highest rating for Jonathan. While I have been thoroughly impressed with all of the Central Cooling staff, Jonathan has been the best communicator among all the service technicians who have come for preventative maintenance over the last 6 years! He arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, and provided an overall time estimate. Afterwards, he patiently walked me through his findings, and explained the rationale for the suggested additional work. With Jonathan’s visit, I now have a much better perspective on the overall “health” of my cooling systems. If possible, I would like to request Jonathan to return for future service visits!
