I can’t say that I’m wowed by the service or experience. The appointment was to service my heating unit, but he spent most of the time telling me about other problems that “he” could fix/repair for a fee. Including telling me he checked my fireplace and it was safe to use, BUT, if I want him to service it, that’s something he can do. Also, he could add insulation to my attic. He said he fixed something on my water heater, but couldn’t tell me if it was causing a problem with water temperature. When I asked about the heating unit, which is why he was here, he was done in less than 10 mins. He never turned on the thermostat or checked the temperature in each room. I asked about rinsing the unit, he said that’s only done in the spring. Hhhhmmmmm I don’t know if my unit was actually serviced. If all of this is a part of the normal inspection, then it should have been explained at the time of the appointment. I felt like I was being oversold because I’m a single female.
