Springtime HVAC Maintenance for a residential customer near The Hills of Kingswood. Commercial service call for a spring maintenance on 3 units. Checked run capacitors, checked Amp draws, checked pressures, checked temp split, checked bearings, checked blades, checked electrical connections, checked belts, changed filters, checked coils, & checked disconnects to complete the maintenance.
Upon arrival was unable to gain access to roof. No one in management office. And no one answering. Performed a three system maintenance checking heating and cooling. Checked all electrical, mechanical and safety components. Checked heat exchangers, amp draws, capacitors. Found on RTU1 heat is not working. System has a bad ignition control board not sparking the igniter. RTU3 has a bad draft motor. Motor getting power but not coming on. Put quote together and parts are in stock at carrier. Tried calling Kelly but could not get through.
