Air Conditioning Repair for a residential customer in Colleyville. Upon arrival performed a one system inspection checking cooling. Checked all outdoor units' capacitors, amp draws, and pressures. Found system low on R-22 Freon. The homeowner opted to just add Freon. Added two pounds of r-22.The system is operating properly at this time.
27KW Electric Tankless Water in the garage for the upstairs unit. Unit must be replaced, the heater exchange is split and broken. Heater exchangers is not part that is replaceable.
Customer showed me where the leaks are thought to come from. We will need demo crew to come out and open up drywall and Aaron will come back and repair pipes as well as replace and check for any more leaks. Repaired 1/2 inch water line in breakfast are to hose bib.
