Springtime HVAC Repair for a residential customer near Moseley Park. Came out on 1 system service call for a 4ton furnace. Blower will not come on. Checked run cap it's good. Checked voltage to board across transformer and board are good. Inspecting the motor the back of motor is really dirty. Also found some sort of cloth up in blower wheel section Customer chose not to get repair quote at this time instead get pricing and options for a new unit. Reference # 3079776
