The first date was a no show. No one called or texted and I sat around home waiting. The second date was supposed to be in the AM and service guy did not arrive until a little before 1:00 PM. Here again I sat around all morning waiting. I don't mind being rescheduled for a service appointment but shouldn't you at least let your customer know what to expect? I'll bet you wouldn't be happy if I was not here.
