Chrome Heating and AC was recommended to us by a co-worker and they were as good as our friend said. Jorge came out and did a really thorough inspection of our AC units. He took the time to explain how the units worked, what was wrong, why, and what our options were. We then met with Charles, who also did a quick inspection and sat down to explain in deep detail what was wrong. He gave us several options of repair without pressuring us. They were able to come out in two days and install a new 4 ton unit and furnace. They covered our carpet and took care to keep everything clean. After, Jorge walked me through our new unit and thermostat. Very happy with these folks. You can tell that they are happy employees too by the way they talked with each other and handled themselves.
