Follow up to an earlier submission. Compressor failed over the weekend. Jorge contacted Lennox on Monday with AC details to determine AC was still under warranty. Scheduled replacement shipment overnight and installed the new compressor by the end of Tuesday. Jorge and his assistant did a great job getting the AC running again. This is early June, so daytime temps are already in the 90"s. Although, compressor cost was covered, labor and refrigerant cost applied. Not the best, but I am happy with how this all went down.
