Commercial after hours service call in Lake Worth and Upon arrival found both units not cooling. Checked RTU one into, found breaker for blower motors off. Store manager stated they had a transformer blow Thursday morning, reset breakers in both systems came back on. Checked supply and return tamps, systems are working properly at this time
Springtime HVAC Repair Service for a commercial client near Kittrell Stadium. Came out on service call report a/c not working Thermostat 2 reading error Removed face plate found bent prong on face plate straightened it out and Thermostat not reading error anymore. Though when push button for outside screen starts glitching recommend replacing Thermostat 2. During inspection on unit 2 unit running at this time Unit 1. Found filter door/return air door off of unit sucking in outside air. Replaced door. Unit 1. Found very dirty condenser coil need 200/300 feet of hoses and water key and chemical cleaning Unit 1. Needs r22 refrigerant unit is low. Unit 1. Loose bx 42 belt needs new one. Unit 1. blower wheel is very dirty. Unit 1. High Amp draws on both condenser fan motors signs of possible part failure Unit 1. Both run capacitors 10mfd are bad. Recommendations to replace unit due to conditions and refrigerant being low

Needs 2 7.5 run caps. Needs chemical condenser coil cleaning Low on r22 charge Unit 1: Low on r22 Loose bx 48 belt needs new one. Needs 2 7.5 run caps Needs chemical condenser coil cleaning Due to over all conditions of both units repairs are not recommended replacement is advised.

Replacement of cracked heat exchanger on RTU 1 (left side of store right side on roof). Replacement of two contactors that are pitted. M: 48HJD014661HQ S: 0307G40696
Performed a two system maintenance. Checked all electrical, mechanical and safety components. Tested amp draws, checked pressures, checked heat exchangers, systems are not operating properly at this time. System on has a cracked heat exchanger and two pitted contactors. System on left has compressor A flat on R-22 Freon and compressor B burnt out. Found gas valve not operational either. Will send estimate to repair unit on right, unit on left needs replacement. Recommending to replace both units.
