Jorge always is in a good mood as Ive had issues with a replacement thermostat and I don't even care that he's had to come out and honestly look forward to chatting with him, hopefully he feels the same way. Keep up the good work Jorge and team!

Spring Air conditioning maintenance for a residential customer in Mesquite with one system. Checked pressures, checked coils, changed filters, cleared drain, checked bearings, checked blades, checked electrical connections, checked contactors, checked run capacitors, checked Amp draws, checked duct work, and checked insulation to complete routine maintenance.
Plumbing Installation for a residential client in Mesquite. Installed cleanout at the lavatory
Ran hand auger to unstop master shower drain. Attempted to unclog hall bath lavatory by running hand auger and after 15 feet I hit a blockage I couldn't get pass. No clean outs are present at home. Sent estimate to the customer
Repair notes, found condenser coil dirty and covered. Found pressures showing signs of being over charged. Released a little Freon and pressures didn’t fluctuate much. Took sensing bulb off and heated bulb up in hot water, pressures didn’t change, txv is not opening and closing properly, unit under warranty, txv in cart on Lennox pros. Txv is on back order but txv is ordered
Checked amp draws on inducer fan motor and blower motor, cleaned flame sensor checked air filter, checked safety devices, checked heat exchanger it was good, check igniter
Performed a one system spring check. Checked inside units amp draws, mechanical components and electrical components. Everything checked out ok but noticed coil wasn’t getting cold. Checked outdoor units pressures amp draws and capacitors and found that the contactor was pitted, the capacitor was weak and considered bad. Also found system empty of refrigerant. Don’t recommend adding refrigerant to system due to it would leak back out. Gave recommendations. Michael will call customer to see if he can give better pricing.

Came to replace filter that was supposed to be replaced last time. Customer provided a 413 Aprilaire. Did spring maintenance while I was here. Everything looked good, except outdoor coil was very dirty. Cleaned it off very well to improve airflow and fix low subcooling issue, included as a part of spring maintenance.
Completed one system fall matience. Comlete system was installed April of 2020. Filter will need to be changed April. Filter is April air 410 filter. Matience will also need to be started/renewed come April. Unit is safe to operate and operating to manufacture spects.
Completed a 21 point Fall maintenance on a Lennox air conditioning system with a gas furnace. XC16 system. Check all heating components and heater. Unit working perfectly and passed all heat exchange test.
