I recently installed a new thermostat and we’ve had problems with it since the installation. I called Chrome and Alex was able to schedule service for the following morning. George and Corey showed up and diagnosed the problem, fixed it and were gone within 15 minutes. They took the time to look at the other unit and made sure it was functioning properly.
