I was so thrilled to be able to get service so quickly (within a 4 hour window), but all expectations were surpassed when Nick showed up in less than 30 minutes! Very prompt, courteous, professional, and efficient customer service from the time he arrived to the time he left; he worked in the heat of the day to help us enjoy the cooler air.
