Checked out situation customer was having. Need to reconnect ductwork and clean up duct run to game room over garage. Need to have ceiling fixed. Customer won't be home until Monday. 5/31/22 Came out here on water leaking through ceiling call Found Duct work Cap to down stairs unit hanging at bottom of supply blowing air upstairs in attic / fixed Emergency pan not even under the coil / fixed Evap coil to supply and to furnace not mastic sealed / fixed Primary drain going uphill slope / fixed Customer would like Ryan to come out and check duct work for media room I have 57 coming in duct work to the hole at top of staircase and 65 temp at registers though cannot feel any air movement at registers. Customer would also like quote for insulation. I put quote together just not 100%sure on sq/ft..I

Springtime HVAC Maintenance for a residential customer near Back Elementary School. Came out today on a one system maintenance Checked temp split checked filter cleaned condenser coil checked bearings checked blades checked electrical connections checked contactors checked run capacitors checked Amp draws checked pressures checked ductwork checked insulation levels Found Very low insulation levels cause higher electric bills and the unit to work harder and longer putting more wear and tear on the unit. Bad 45/10 run capacitor (replaced under warranty) No surge protection No IAQ (AIR PURIFIER)
Springtime HVAC Repair near Liberty Grove Elementary. Residential service call in Rowlett & Upon arrival found thermostat giving error code 434. Checked outdoor unit and found that it had no incoming power. Checked breaker box and found breaker off. Turned breaker on and breaker tripped. Pulled disconnect out and tried to reset breaker but it tripped again. System has a bad breaker and breaker would have to be replaced by electrician
Spring Air Conditioning Maintenance performed for a residential homeowner in Rowlett with 2 systems. Checked run capacitors, checked Amp draws, checked pressures, checked temp split, checked drain lines, checked duct work, checked electrical connections, checked contactors, checked bearings, checked blades, and checked filters to complete routine maintenance.
Ran unit through heating test mode. Checked airflow through ductwork to supply registers in media room. Registers were getting airflow. Couldn't adjust any airflow due to no dampers. Ductwork has multiple splices in it and inner liner is exposed by water heater. Took pictures of duct run and attic space. Exterior walls to attic aren't insulated. Walls in media room were 46 degrees. Attic is vented. Lack of insulation will affect comfort in room. Room will get colder quicker than other areas upstairs and not catch up (temp) In regular operation. Can install dampers in start collars to adjust airflow and add more volume of air to media room.

City side is leaking right after the shut off valve.
All is good no leaks water heater is 3 to 4 years old no concerns no problems.

Upon arrival found upstairs furnace not heating. Turned system on and checked unit in attic. Found that the gas valve was turned off. Turned valve on and furnace came on. Let system run for 15min. Upstairs system is now heating properly at this time.
