Upon arrival found downstairs system not cooling well. Checked inside unit and found everything operational, checked filter and it was good. Checked outside unit and noticed that when I was connecting gauges that one of the valve stems was leaking pretty bad and would need to be changed out. Also found system about 2-5lbs low on 410-a system is a 2008 and is 13 years old. After discussing options with mark, they decided that they want to replace the system. Mark approved quote and is going to apply for financing. Will need to be in contact with mark. Return plenum included.
I found indoor blower motor failed, I replaced motor, as well as belly band and wheel per lennox, tested and unit is working properly.
