Upon arrival performed a one system maintenance checking heating. Checked all electrical, mechanical and safety components. Checked gas pressure and status of filter. All checks were good. System is operating properly at this time.
Upon arrival found system dripping on ceiling. Checked inside unit and found that the furnace was out of level along with the coil. Found no arma flex on suction line. Found no sediment trap, moved drain pan over and installed float switch. Drain needs to be insulated, Installers will return tomorrow
Unit not coming on upon arrival. Checked voltage on contactor and was not coming in. Breaker switch was only halfway switched, flipped it and everything came on and cooling with a good temp split.
