Checked all electrical components needed for air conditioning. The blower motor amp draw is at a 1.6 however the blower is stuttering and is not operating properly. The auto fill on the system is not operating properly and will need to be replaced. I had to open the shut off valve manually fill the boiler since it was empty. Water pressure is at 15 psi, limit is set for 180. I observed the system starting normally.
