Performed preventative maintenance for a Goodman ac system model #Gsc130301ae, serial #0707555256. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. Tested the drain pan, drain line and condensate pump with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. Replaced the air filter size 16x25x1. Checked all electrical components needed for air conditioning to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. The blower motor amp draw is within normal range. The temperature split is at a 19. The condenser coil’s are clean and in good condition. The condenser amp draws are .54 for the fan and 4.8 for the compressor. The refrigerant pressures are within normal range for the temperature outside today. The system is operating properly at this time.
