Install new Taco ZVC406 (six zone low voltage control). Test each zone upon completion of repair. Complete routine boiler maintenance after repair including combustion analysis and cleaning the boiler trap. Allow up to 3 hours to complete the work. ****PA will order parts for repair through Ferguson.**** 6/23/22-PT- removed the old taco control box and installed a new taco zvc406 control box. Installed the control box wire for wire. Removed and cleaned out the trap for the system and bleed the gas line to remove any air. I turned the system on and observed the taco control box operating properly. However the system will not fire up. Error code for no flame . Recommend replacing the control board and gas valve due to lighting strike on the home. This is a Weil-McLain boiler model #gv90+5, serial #2, cp# 7078566. Chud will have to reach out to the homeowner with a repair quote. Collecting for the control box today, the preventative maintenance could not be completed.
