Came out for a AC maintenance, upon arrival the condenser was not running. After performing a voltage test 220 volts were found at the contactor. When manually pushing in the contactor the compressor would attempt to run but the condenser fan motor would not run. The fan motor has the proper amperage but being it’s a 23 year old motor it has now inoperable. System is 23 years old, a recommendation to upgrade to new equipment is being made to the customer.
