Came out today to address a condensate pump issue. Homeowner pointed out a spot in the 3/8” vinyl tubing that had a visible clog. Cleared line. Re-connected the tubing to the pump and tested the pump via having homeowner turn on the heat and run the humidifier. The tubing is clear. Homeowner did want to have maintenance services performed at this time. Homeowner changes their own 16x25x4 MERV 11 air filters. Pump is working properly and 3/8” vinyl tubing is clear.
