Performed preventative maintenance for a Goodman system, model #GSX140481KD, serial #1912614810. Upon arrival the homeowner stated that the ac was not blowing cold air. I noticed that the out doo Unit was not operating. I added a hard start kit to help ease the condenser start up process. The system then started up with no issues. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. The air filter was recently replaced by the homeowner. The blower motor amp draw is within normal range. The temperature split is at a 20. Checked all electrical components needed for air conditioning to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. The condenser coil’s are clean and in good condition. The condenser amp draws are 15.2 for the compressor and .76 for the fan . The refrigerant pressures are 154/296. These are normal readings for the temperature outside today.
