Manufacturer York Model # YCJD42S41S2A Serial # W1G2049145 Customer called about no ac when I arrived the fuse was tripped. The contactor was shorting out the fuse. I replaced a new contactor and capacitor, also replaced the thermostat with a Honeywell t4 thermostat. Systems has a 20 degree split.System is operating properly at this time.
Did a air conditioner maintenance on a newly installed ac unit. Checked temperature and pressure at the out door unit and compressor was running at 5.2 amps and the fan motor was at .9 amps. On the inside the delta t was 19. Changed the 16x25x1 filter. Took the door off of the evaporator coil and made sure it was draining properly. System is operating properly at this point. Performed air duct cleaning and sanitation on a 3 bedroom single system house. All vents and ductwork are clear of dust and debris at this time. System is functioning properly at this time. Recommend duct cleaning every 3-4 years. Thank you for your business!
Customer called for no air conditioning. Customer stated that the blower was moving air through the home but it was room temperature. Upon inspection I found the wires from the disconnect switch to the condensing unit damaged do to mice. The line voltage wires had their protective rubber coating chewed off which exposed the copper that was shorting out the condensing unit. Replaced the half-inch whip from the condenser to the service disconnect and tested the system. Found the breaker for the condenser to be faulty as well. After whip replacement I couldn’t get the breaker to properly reset. Happen to have a 30A 240V 2 pole breaker on the truck. Replaced the current breaker and tested system again. System started up without issue. Tested the temperature split between the supply and return. System was operating with a perfect 20° differential. System is now operating properly at this time. Recommend replacing the dirty Merv 11 16x25x4 air filter due to dirty buildup.
Performed air duct cleaning and sanitation on a 4 bedroom 2 system house. All vents and ductwork are clear of dust and debris at this time. Both systems are functioning properly at this time. Recommend duct cleaning every 3-4 years. Performed a first floor dryer vent cleaning. Dryer vent, duct, flex hose and lint trap are all clear of lint and debris at this time. Dryer is functioning properly at this time and exhaust flow is optimal. Recommend dryer vent cleaning every 1-2 years. Thank you for your business!
Customer wants Chud to install supplied pioneer mini split air handler and outdoor unit. Customer already has 220v 20amp double pole breaker, high voltage run outside to disconnect box on side of garage. Chud will need to supply the following materials, 15ft slim duct, 1/2†whip, mini split pad, heat pump risers, surge protector.
Performed preventative maintenance for a carrier furnace. I observed the system starting normally. I took a combustion analysis test and got the following readings, o2 is at 16%, co is at 58ppm and the system is operating at 91% efficiency. I observed the system shut down normally. Removed and cleaned carbon off of the flame sensor. Cleaned out the burners and burner box. Checked all electrical components needed for heating. Replaced the air filter 16x25x1. Made sure the drain line is clear. Amp draws are 6.5 for the blower motor and . 53 for the inducer motor.
