Came out today for a no ac call. Upon inspection I found that the system was calling for ac and the indoor system and condenser would both come on. I connected my gauges and noticed that the system was just about empty. The refrigerant pressures are 4.2/36.6 this is an indication that there is a leak somewhere in this system. The line set also has a few kinks in it. I recommend recovering the refrigerant, fix the line set, pump it down and charge again. Homeowner stated that he had the system fully charged. Homeowner is also performing the installation himself. Bill out per RC, DC.
