Completed pm on ac system. System seems to be running properly. Refrigerant levels are good, split temp is good. Condensate pump and vinyl are good. Filter is good. Customer was hearing sound over weekend during high temperatures, I recommended they keep their thermostat a few degrees higher so the system can cycle more often as opposed to running non stop possibly causing an issue. Cycled and tested, system working properly at this time. I was unable to get system to make the sound customer was hearing at the time of our visit.
