Performed a first floor dryer vent cleaning. Dryer vent, duct. Flex duct and lint trap are all clear of lint and debris at this time. Dryer is functioning properly at this time and exhaust flow is optimal. Customer stated that the dryer is taking longer to dry than normal. At this time the only thing I see that may be causing this is the lint screen is starting to wear out and may need to be replaced. Recommend dryer vent cleaning every 1-2 years. Manufacturer Carrier Model # 25HCB53A0300 Serial # 4109E10747 Installed new whole house air scrubber, and cleaned out the interior of the whole unit, then I completed a preventative maintenance on carrier heat pump. Changed the 16x20x1 filter. The temperature split was 20 degrees. Also, cleaned out the drain lines. After that I performed a amperage readings on the compressor 5.4 amps and the condenser fan motor was at 0.5 amps system is operating properly at this time.
Performed air duct cleaning and sanitation on a 3 bedroom single system home. All vents and ductwork are clear of dust and loose debris at this time. Wiped off blower motor compartment and wheel housing using commercial mold killer and sanitized extra due to microbial growth. Tested system and all is running properly at this time. Did a air conditioner maintenance. System is 3 year old and in great shape! Changed the 16x25x1 filter. Did a amp check on the blower motor it was 5.5. Did a amp check on the condenser fan motor and compressor both are in range of the unit. Also water tested from the Evaporator coil system is draining properly. Unable to test system as the air handler was not functioning upon arrival. Customer said it hasn’t worked in a few weeks. Recommend duct cleaning every 3-4 years. Thank you for your business! Installed Mitsubishi heat pump. Project included new pad whip and disconnect with surge protector, also new heat pump risers. Ran new high voltage wire with new breaker. Also ran new lineset and communication wire, and new drain that is draining out side. System is tested and working properly.

Performed preventative maintenance for a high efficiency Lennox furnace. Observed the system starting normally. Took a combustion analysis test and got the following readings, o2 is 9.9%, co is 6ppm and the system is operating at 95.6% efficiency. Observed the system shut down normally. Removed and cleaned carbon off of the flame sensor. Cleaned out the burners and burner box. Replaced the air filter. Checked all electrical components needed for heating. The system is operating properly at this time.

Dryer are untested due to being pay machines with no quarters available. Outside vent covers are extremely brittle due to continuous heat exposure and need to be replaced soon. Performed preventative maintenance for a Lennox system. Checked drain pan and drain line for any possible clogs. Checked the evaporator and condenser coils for buildup. Checked all electrical components needed for air conditioning. Removed the screws from the filter slide and covered it with aluminum tape. Filter slide is wedged between fixed return duct and fixed furnace. Replaced air filter (16x25x1) The system is operating properly at this time and is ready for the summer season. No Charge FWI
