Performed air duct cleaning and sanitation on a 4 bedroom single system house. All vents and ductwork are clear of dust and debris at this time. System is functioning properly at this time. Recommend duct cleaning every 3-4 years. Thank you for your business!
Diagnostic work found an older mercury style thermostat not functioning properly and causing intermittent heating issues. Installed a truck stock HW Focus Pro thermostat. Advised homeowner that existing 20x25x1 filter was blocked. Installed a temporary 20x20x1 and homeowner said he will buy one from his local home supply store. Left an optional quote to replace an existing bypass humidifier that is not working. Homeowner advised that he will get back to us if he wants it replaced. Heater is currently operating properly.

Performed preventative maintenance for maintenance for a York gas furnace. Air filter 20x25x5 was just replaced no need to do it today. Cleaned the burners, burner box and flame sensor. Inspected all electrical components to ensure they are intact and operating properly. Checked the gas piping. Performed a combustion analysis on the furnace. The system is operating at 95% efficiency with the CO level at 14ppm. The system is operating properly at this time.
