Performed a rooftop dryer vent cleaning. Dryer vent, duct, flex hose and lint trap are all clear of lint and debris at this time. Dryer is functioning properly at this time and exhaust flow is optimal. Recommend dryer vent cleaning every 1-2 years. Thank you for your business! Paid in advance

Customer called for no heat as well as maintenance if it could be repaired. Upon inspection I found the heat pump system struggle making high pitch noise but would start heating. Within a couple minutes the heat pump amp draw would rise and the compressor would stop working. At this point the compressor pressures were reading standing pressure. This is a major sign of compressor failure most likely due to noncondensables within the sealed system. Customer has a gas fireplace as well as the electric (emergency) heat for the time being. Chud will follow up with options moving forward once we gather some information. Heat pump is not operating properly at this time. No charge due to MA. Model #Rhp14l36b21sa Serial #W1l7216256

Investigated no ac call. Found a clogged 20x25x1 air filter that was completely restricting any air flow. Replaced the filter with a stock air filter with a stock filter. The pressures were slightly high on the head pressure which could be due to poor installation practices. There was evidence that leak locked was used on the high side service valve in the past. A circuit breaker was off for the outdoor unit. I discussed everything with Tim and at this time we do not need to take any further action as the system is operating with a 20 degree split and draining properly. BILLOUT. Performed preventative maintenance for a Evcon system model #Aruf36c14bb, serial #1305095776. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. Tested the drain pan and drain line with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. Replaced the air filter size 20x20x1. The temperature split is at a 19. The blower motor amp draw is within normal range. The condenser coil’s are clean and in good condition. The condenser amp draws are 1.1 for the fan and 7.73 for the compressor. The refrigerant pressures are within normal range for the temperature outside today. The system is operating properly at this time. Homeowner is prepaying for heat preventative maintenance.

Surveyed home to convert ac only air handler to heat pump system. Homeowner would like to install an electric hot water heater in laundry room. Homeowner would also like a ductless split unit installed in dining room area. Existing oil fired boiler (summer/winter) hookup is located in a first floor bathroom. Homeowner would like the boiler and baseboards removed. Will discuss scope of work with RC. N/C,

Completed electric water heater installation. Water heater is 50 gallon electric water heater. Adapted to existing plumbing, electrical, pressure relief run off. Added new cold side shutoff valve, st5 expansion tank, and a watch dog water alarm. Goliath pan is installed under water heater, and sensor from water alarm runs into pan. Replaced piece of dryer vent that was damaged with new flexible dryer duct. Cycled and tested water heater and dryer, both are working properly at this time. Customer paid balance in advance.

Performed preventative maintenance for a Heil heat pump model. I observed the system starting normally. The supply temp is at 125°F. Amp draw for the blower motor is at 1.5. I observed the system shut down normally once it reached the desired temperature. All electrical components are intact and operating properly. Blower wheel is clean. Evaporator coil's are dirty due to the air filter not being changed. Performed evaporator coil cleaning. Replaced the air filter size 20x20x1. The refrigerant pressures are within normal range. The amp draws for the fan and compressor are within normal range. The condenser coils are clean..

We installed a bird cage per customers request, dryer vent is flowing properly. We would need about 25' of 4" pipe and possibly four 90 degree pipes. Bird cage is properly installed.

Survey dryer exhaust system. See estimates for details. Homeowner is getting a new dryer today. Existing exhaust is packed with a birds nest. Was able to reach in and pull some out, dryer vent cleaning needed.
