Performed a 2nd floor dryer vent cleaning and removed birds nest. Dryer vent, duct, flex hose and lint trap are all clear of lint and debris at this time. Dryer is functioning properly at this time and exhaust flow is optimal. <br> Customer want to do some research before having the ductwork cleaned. Will call to reschedule.
Performed preventative maintenance for a high efficiency Lennox furnace. Model #EL296UH090XV48C-07, serial #5918A21529. Powered down the system and removed the access panels. Removed and cleaned carbon off of the flame sensor, cleaned out the burners and burner box. Replaced the 201 air filter. The homeowner has her own 201 air filters. Checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. Performed humidifier service. Removed and replaced the #35 panel. Cleaned out the housing and tested the drain line for leaks and clogs. Set the humidistat for 35% humidity and tested the system. Called for heat and the system started right up. Took a combustion analysis test and received the following readings, 02 is at 10%, co is at 18ppm. The inducer motor amp draw is at .32 and the blower motor amp draw is at 6.1. Both systems are operating properly at this time.
Performed air duct cleaning and sanitation on a 3 bedroom single system house with one open return. All vents and ductwork are clear of dust and debris at this time. System is functioning properly at this time. Recommend duct cleaning every 3-4 years. Thank you for your business!
Performed preventative maintenance for air conditioning and furnace. Replaced the customer supplied air filter (14x30x1). Inspected all the electrical components. Cleaned the flame sensor, burners burner compartment and inducer port. Tested the amp draw for the blower, inducer, fan motor and compressor. All were above average but within the rated load. System is fairly old. Tested the temperature split between the supply and return. System is operating at a 17° differential. Performed a combustion analysis on the furnace. System is operating at 78.8% efficiency with a CO level of 54ppm. No CO present within the air stream. Systems is pretty old (25 years) and air conditioning doesn’t look to be in the best shape. Temperature split is not bad but not where it should be. Would recommend a system upgrade in the near future to prevent any major failure during extreme temperatures. System is operating properly at this time.
Customer wanted her gutters cleared of a birds nest not her dryer. I informed her we don’t perform that service.

Installed reme halo UV light. Cycled and tested, reme halo is working properly at this time. Customer already paid in advance. NO BALANCE DUE.
Performed preventative maintenance for a high efficiency Lennox system. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. Tested the drain pan and drain line with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. The 201 air filter was replaced during the heat maintenance. Checked all electrical components needed for air conditioning to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. I observed the system starting normally. The blower motor amp draw is at 3.2. The temperature split is at a 20. The condenser coils are clean and in good condition. The condenser amp draws are .46 for the fan and 6.9 for the compressor. The refrigerant pressures are 106/207. These are normal readings for 410-A refrigerant with an ambient temperature of 61°. The system is operating properly at this time and is ready for the air conditioning season.

Performed preventative maintenance on Lennox gas furnace. Changed the #201 filter. Serviced the power humidifier and replaced the #35 water panel. Tested the humidifier for proper drainage and to verify no leaks. Cleaned mildew buildup from the housing. Completed all other checks on the gas furnace per manufacturer recommendations. The system is currently working properly and efficiently. Optional recommendation left to improve indoor air quality (IAQ).
