Performed dryer vent cleaning. Dryer vent, duct, flex hose and lint trap are all clear of lint and debris at this time. Dryer is functioning properly at this time. Recommend dryer vent cleaning every 1-2 years. Unable to perform duct cleaning at this time due to microbial growth in the coil compartment. We will have technician come out to look at the issue and decide how to provide because customer still wants the duct cleaning. Charged only $99 for dryer because customer is still going to proceed with the duct cleaning.
